Nigeria’s federal government is currently recruiting new employees for various positions. We’d like to demonstrate the process for applying to the various employment positions. The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Federal Government of Nigeria have given their approval for the creation of the Country Program Advisory Team (CPAT) to oversee the coordination of all IFAD-funded projects in Nigeria.

In the following thematic areas: Monitoring & Evaluation, Youth and Gender Mainstreaming, Climate Change Adaptation and Environment, Nutrition Mainstreaming, Financial Inclusion, Finance and Expenditure Management, Communication and Knowledge Management, the team is responsible for ensuring quality and providing unified and result-based services to the country programmes.

1. Senior Finance Management Officer (SFMO)
2. Senior Internal Auditor (SIA)
3. Liaison Officer – CASP and VCDP (LO)
4. Youth and Gender Mainstreaming Specialist (YGMS)
5. Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor (M & EA)
6. Junior Finance Management Officer (JFMO)

Federal Government Recruitment Requirements 2022

You must be qualified before applying for any of the opportunities mentioned above. Here is a list of all the criteria and qualifications you must meet.

1. Must be a Nigeria
2. Must have a valid means of identification such as permanent voter’s car, driver’s license, national id car or international passport.
3. Must have the WASSCE certificate with not less than 5 credit passes including mathematics and English language
4. Higher educational certificate is an added advantage
5. Knowledge of computer is an added advantage
6. Must be willing to leave his/her comfort zone
7. Must have good communication skills
