Land Surveying; Geodesy or Geodetic Science / Engineering; Hydrographic Surveying; Cartography; Photogrammetry; Remote Sensing; Geographic Information System (GIS); and Survey Engineering or any other equivalent qualification are of necessity
It is imperative applicants register with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON) for a minimum of fourteen years after registration. Furthermore, the applicant must have a minimum of twenty-six years of post-qualification cognate experience in the field of Geospatial Information Science and Technology (Surveying and Mapping).
