In order to lower Nigeria’s rising unemployment rate, the Central Bank of Nigeria plans to provide graduates and students with grants totaling $500 million.
To maximise the potential of graduate entrepreneurs in Nigeria, this award was created as part of the Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme (TIES) in partnership with Nigerian universities and polytechnics.

CBN TIES Loan Application Portal Login 2022
Undergraduates and graduates of universities and polytechnics will be able to access funding to launch a business of their choice thanks to the Central Bank of Nigeria’s 500 million grant.
The CBN 500M Grant online application site is currently closed to new submissions from interested parties. As soon as the Central Bank of Nigeria opens the official portal for grant applications, we will update this page.
CBN TIES Loan Requirements 2022
To be eligible for this grant, there are certain requirements needed by the Central bank of Nigeria. Kindly note that applicants who meets these requirements are those expected to apply for the ongoing grant.
- Must be a Nigerian
- Must be graduate from a recognized university or polytechnic
- Must possess first degree certificate or higher national diploma or it’s equivalent
- Must have completed the National youth services corp
- Must not be more than 7 years of of post-NYSC
- Must have a certificate of participation issued by a university or polytechnic as evidence of entrepreneurship training.
Undergraduates of a recognized university or polytechnic can also apply for the Central bank of Nigeria ₦500M Grant.
