The Abia State Teaching Service Commission is requesting applications from competent individuals for the state’s ongoing secondary and elementary school hiring process.

11. Guidance and Counselling
12. History
13. Islamic Religious Studies
14. Mathematics
15. Physics
16. Yoruba

Abia State TESCOM Recruitment Requirements 2022

1. Must be 18 years and above
2. WASSCE or NECO/NABTEB Result.
3. National Certificate of Education (NCE).
4. B.SC, HND or OND qualifications and NYSC Certificate.
5. Must be Fluent in English Language.
6. Good Teaching Skills.

A B.Sc. or Master’s Degree in a related field from an approved postsecondary institution would also be advantageous, as would an HND in the arts, sciences, social sciences, technology, home economics, or a related field. 

It is also possible to use a Technical Teachers Certificate (TTC) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
